Jim Feiner
Jim Feiner moved to Chilmark at the age of 6 when his
parents took over the Beach Plum Inn from his
Grandparents where he summered since birth. Following
college in 1991, Jim moved back to the Vineyard with a
background in marketing and business so Real Estate
seemed a natural career to try. Always interested in
giving back to the community, Jim has served as a
Conservation Commissioner for 5 years, as a member of
Community Service’s Possible Dreams auction committee
for 10 years and most recently as a founding members of
the Chilmark Housing Committee for the past 6 years. His
devotion to creating affordable housing has gone in a
new direction and he has taken the initiative to find,
purchase and help create opportunities for people in
need using tools provided by local towns. Jim’s
interpersonal skills, local knowledge and commitment to
preserving the quality of the Vineyard’s multiple
environments are just a few of the reasons you’ll enjoy
working with him.email: |

Ency Fokos
The peace and beauty of the Island and the love of the ocean
are what made me and my husband become permanent residents
of Chilmark. From the first summers when our children picked
shells and rocks at Squibnocket, we somehow knew this was
the place for us. As a real estate broker it was easy for me
to continue to work here. It is a special joy for me to find
just the right home for my customers, either for rent or to
purchase. It is also rewarding to help owners sell or rent
their homes under the best possible terms. I pride myself to
be extremely conscientious and serious about my work,
and I have full appreciation of how important it is for
those who choose to vacation, buy or sell real estate on
Martha's Vineyard.email: |

Lucinda Buehler Schweikert
Lucinda came to Martha's Vineyard three decades ago on
vacation and rented a farm in Chilmark one summer to ride
her horse by the sea and to explore the country back roads
with her camera. "I kept thinking about going back home one
day, until I realized I was already there."
The island magic kept Lucinda
here to raise a family and begin a career in real estate.
Wit the Dallas social swirl and the fast paced advertising
media world of Madison Avenue in her background, Lucinda
brings business savvy and ease with people to her
professional life on the Vineyard. With a ready smile,
a knack for the back roads and decades worth of experience
and knowledge, Lucinda specializes in Chilmark and
Aquinnah's beautiful up-island properties. Lucinda is
dedicated with a verve to helping customer find their dream
home, whether for a week or a lifetime.
